Sensei Litty Pery will give a seminar on Atemi (striking) and Pressure Points
It is intended for Aikido students and those who want to deepen their knowledge of biomechanics and neurological systems.
You will learn how to find the most sensitive points, how to activate and exploit them,
Price for the seminar is €10 for Aikido members and €20 otherwise.
