*DANCE OF THE ELEMENTS*
Monthly dance session in the centro de movimento, pedrógão grande every SECOND and FOURTH saturday of the month.

Please note we want to focus our attention on the body and hold the energy. Therefore please note:
=> whoever comes to dance, stays until the end if possible, so that we can keep the nice energy.
=> the dance space is a space for the body. if you need to talk, please do it outside the dance room - we want to focus the attention on the body, and talking is very hindering.
=> not everyone likes to be photographed or filmed while dancing. so please leave your smartphone in your pocket.
=> wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothes and leave your street shoes in the checkroom
=> you will sweat, bring enough drinking water with you

In the realm of WATER new body energy is born. It shows itself in the clear and determined expression of the rhythmic EARTH. The uncontrolled FIRE gives the body the opportunity to practice letting go of rigid patterns of thought, feeling and movement. thus washed free, the body discovers by itself in a playful ease the fascinating play of constantly new forms in the WIND. And the dance leads into a deep ETHER, a place where the body can sense and feel real peace in the heart.
There is nothing wrong to do, but also nothing right to do. Just follow your impulses.
